The owner of the chain, Fossil Group, closed 49 stores in 2025 and plans to close up to 15 in 2026. The numbers cover all Fossil stores worldwide; Watch Station is not broken out separately.
Watch for closing sales: before closing, a store sells off its remaining stock, and discounts grow every week. Before you go, check whether the store in your city is still open - on the chain's website or in Google Maps.

What to look for here
Watch Station International (WSI) is a small chain of multi-brand Fossil Group watch stores, mostly in Premium Outlets (San Francisco, Phoenix, San Marcos and others). It sells watches and jewelry from brands that Fossil makes itself or under license.
- Fossil Group's own brands: Fossil and Skagen.
- Licenses: Michael Kors, Armani Exchange, Emporio Armani and Diesel. We saw Tory Burch sets with a bracelet in the window ourselves.
- Fossil no longer makes DKNY, Kate Spade and Puma - if they are there, they are leftovers at low prices (in 2025 DKNY cost $19-29).
- Movado, Lacoste, BOSS and Tommy Hilfiger are watches from another company (Movado Group), and Watch Station does not carry them.
Besides watches, look for gift sets: a watch and bracelet or a watch and earrings in one box, as well as jewelry sets. The selection of brands depends on the store.
From our shopping trips
Two of our shopping trips took place at Watch Station International in San Francisco Premium Outlets, showing about 50 models. Prices ranged from $19 to $119. The biggest discount was 75%: Michael Kors watches with a $250-295 price tag cost $62.50-73.75.
Everything else had round, fixed prices: DKNY - $19-29, Skagen - $40, Armani Exchange - $59, Michael Kors and Emporio Armani - $69, Tory Burch sets with a bracelet - $89, jewelry sets - $25.
