Kiehl's is an American skin care brand known since the 19th century. The most popular picks are Ultra Facial Cream, Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado eye cream, serums, lip balms and the men's line. In my opinion, it is wonderful cosmetics, especially their masks.
Where it is sold
- Kiehl's own stores: there are more than 50 in the US, mostly in shopping centers and on the shopping streets of big cities, and the chain is growing - a store opened in Hoboken (New Jersey) in 2026, and the next one is expected in Williamsburg (Brooklyn). Addresses are in the store locator on kiehls.com.
- Counters in department stores: I definitely saw Kiehl's at Dillard's, and the brand is also sold at Macy's and Bloomingdale's.
- Luxury Beauty Store is the L'Oréal outlet in Premium Outlets (Kiehl's is part of this group). There Kiehl's sits next to Lancôme, YSL and Urban Decay at about 70% off, and in my opinion buying it there is the best deal. There are no standalone Kiehl's outlets.
- You will not find Kiehl's at The Cosmetics Company Store - it is the outlet of a different company, Estée Lauder.
- Sometimes Kiehl's turns up on the shelves at Ross - it can be a great deal, but availability is a matter of luck.
