What to buy here
What to look for here
Shop Heroic Wholesale Outlet is a local chain of 5 warehouse stores, only in California, in the Sacramento area: Sacramento (Wilbur Way), Natomas, Elk Grove (the first store, 2012), Carmichael and Vacaville. It has no stores in other states - stop by if you're in Northern California.
They sell stock here - store overstock, items pulled from shelves by season, display samples and returns. In my experience, most of the goods are from Costco and cost less than at Costco: there is even Costco's own brand here - Kirkland. Leftovers from Target turn up too. The chain doesn't officially say where the goods come from.
You can find absolutely everything: brand-name clothing and underwear (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, DKNY, Steve Madden, 32 Degrees, Weatherproof, Seven7, Nautica), shoes (Adidas, Puma, Kensie), vitamins, Oral-B toothbrushes and brush heads, pet supplies, toys, dishes, textiles, furniture, electronics and home appliances, groceries.
From our shopping trips
We've done four shopping trips at Heroic, showing more than 600 items. Prices range from $1 to $140, and most are $8-25. Tommy Hilfiger and Weatherproof jackets and down jackets cost $21-24, Calvin Klein and DKNY underwear $9-13, vitamins from $9.
