Terms of Purchase: "Shopping in the USA" Guide

Version usa-guide-terms-v3. Effective October 27, 2026. Purchases made before this date are governed by version v2. This is a translation of the Russian original; if the translation and the original differ, the Russian original applies.

1. What you are buying

LerBee Inc. ("LerBee", "we") sells access to the digital "Shopping in the USA" guide on lerbee.com (the "guide"). The guide is sold in plans: "Shopping for yourself", "Shopping + earning", and "Pro Buyer". What each plan includes is described on the payment page. Access is personal and is tied to your LerBee account.

2. Access and duration

Access opens immediately after payment and lasts as long as the LerBee service operates, including future updates to the guide within the plan you bought. Upgrading to a higher plan means paying the difference in price.

3. Refunds

If you do not find in the guide what you need, we will refund your money. Write to us at support@lerbee.com within 24 hours after payment, from the email address the guide is registered to. You do not have to give a reason. We will refund the payment in full to the same card or wallet and close your access to the guide. The money usually arrives within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 24 hours from the moment of payment, no refund is provided: the guide is digital content, and you get access to it immediately. Exceptions: a double charge for the same plan, or a situation where access technically failed to open and we were unable to fix it within 7 days of your request. In these cases we will refund the payment in full at any time.

Upgrading to a higher plan is a separate payment: the same 24-hour rule applies to it, counted from the date of the additional payment.

If you have a question about a payment, please write to us at support@lerbee.com first - we reply faster than your bank. If you dispute the payment with your bank (a chargeback), access to the guide is suspended while the dispute is reviewed. In a dispute we give the bank proof of purchase: the date you accepted these terms, the payment details, and the history of the guide pages that were opened.

4. What you may not do

The guide materials are protected by copyright. You may not share your access with other people, copy, forward, publish, resell, or translate the guide materials, including photos and prices from shopping trips, without LerBee's written permission. Pages carry a mark with the reader's email address. If you violate these terms, we may close your access without a refund.

5. Nature of the information

The guide is for reference. Prices, discounts, promotions, assortment, addresses, and rewards program terms change and differ between stores and states.

Photos of items in the guide are pictures from our past shopping trips. They are an example of what can be found in that store, not a display window and not a list of what the store has now. The item in a photo has most likely been sold already: it may no longer be in that store or in the chain, and the size, color, price, and discount may have changed. All photos, prices, and item descriptions are provided for information only: we do not promise that you will find in the store exactly what you see in the photo, and we do not guarantee the availability of any item. If you are going for a specific item, check availability with the store beforehand.

The guide does not promise income: a personal shopper's earnings depend on many conditions, and we do not guarantee them.

6. Stores and trademarks

LerBee is not affiliated with the stores and brands mentioned in the guide, does not represent them, and does not receive payment from them for mentioning them. Store and brand names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to name the store. The photos were taken by LerBee customers and personal shoppers while visiting stores.

7. Other

We may update these terms; a purchase that has already been made is governed by the version in force at the time of payment. Questions: support@lerbee.com.
